I’m Larry Stuart, a hand-letterer and illustrator who likes to draw the historic and well-worn.

I love the patina of rural America, and I enjoy wandering back roads looking for inspiration. Photography, history, baseball, reading, and not cooking are some of the activities I enjoy. I’ve been to more Civil War sites than you’d think is possible.

I work on all kinds of projects with clients big and small. My work has appeared on posters, book covers, magazines, hand-lettered logos, home decor and more.
